About Us
J Whitmore Clothiers was established to design suits that are made to custom measure for men and women of all sizes and body types.We strive to make suits that will make you feel confident.Our suits are elegantly crafted, mesmerizing, and will never go out of style.
Regardless of selection, all garments are made of the finest wool (110, 120, 150, 160 and 170). Included inside the jackets, liner selected by you and customized with your name.

Jacket – once you select your level of wool, selection of color and buttons, the process begins and ends with your satisfaction.

Blazers – will be designed with you in mind. In addition, we customize it to your specifications.

Tuxedo – weddings, special events or just something for your fashionable appetite, it will be constructed per specifications.

Yes, we offer custom suits, dresses, and casual clothing for women. You will appreciate the opportunity of ordering clothing custom and made based upon your personal measurements.

How do I set-up an appointment?
Call the number listed or send an email for potential dates for appointment. J Whitmore Clothiers will contact you for a appointment.
- Is there a cost associated with setting up the appointment?
Yes, there is a $100 appointment fee required. The $100 fee will go towards your total cost of the custom garment agreement.
- Is the appointment fee refundable?
No. The fee is to secure your appointment where J Whitmore Clothiers will devote two hours to discuss and assist with your order. Once the appointment is secured, the deposit will be applied to your order the day of the appointment. This secures your date and time. There is no refund for the appointment fee.
Does J Whitmore Clothiers have a Brick and Mortar building for appointments?
No, the owner or associate will come to your residence or have you meet hime at his house for the appointment to take measurements and show swatches for consideration. For out-of-towners you will receive directions for the appropriate measurements required.
How long will it take to produce a custom suit?
It will take approximately 30 days to produce your custom suit.
- What if I have a short window for a special event and need the custom suit earlier?
Yes. We can communicate with the manufacturer for expedited services which would require an additional fee. We can discuss individual needs during the appointment.
Is there a restocking fee once the order has been placed and I decide I do not want the custom garment?
Yes, there is a 50% restocking fee. Remember, this custom garment is produced for you based upon your measurements.
How do I pay for my order? Is it payment in full or partial payment?
Once the measurements have been completed, the invoice will be produced for full payment prior to the order being submitted for production. Payment can be received via credit card, Zelle or cash app. Preferred method is credit card or Zelle. If additional charges are incurred, that will be added to your payment.
